If you receive an error message 'unknown card number', first check whether your gift card has been activated. For more information, see the activate heading at the top of the web page.

First enter the 19-digit card number listed on the back of the card below and then the 6-digit PIN code. You will also find this pin code under the scratch layer on this back of the gift card.
