Right of withdrawal

You can report this to us within 14 days of receiving your product. You then have 14 days to return your product. The product must of course be in its original condition and including packaging (if reasonably possible). If it concerns a gift card, the full balance must still be on the gift card.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are canceling the agreement. You can use the cancellation form form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The return costs are for your own account.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods that results from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
